The Carvonis Group (Miami, FL) is celebrating the hard work and achievements of Daniel Mendelson. #SpoilerAlert… If you missed the first part of this blog, be sure to read it here first, before continuing on! Our story left off with a conference he attended in June that totally changed his perception on business…
After attending a national sales and leadership conference in June of this year, Daniel said that he had a whole new perspective on business. He was able to hear from other successful entrepreneurs on the struggles they faced and how they overcame them. This gave him the confidence, tools, and motivation he needed to succeed himself! In just 10 short weeks after this conference his results increased by 300%. Three. Hundred. Percent. It’s clear that when Daniel sets his mind to something, nothing can come in the way of his goals! Another goal that he had set for himself after that conference was to be ready to help our client expand within 90 days. Check that one off the list too because the client was MORE than excited to partner with him and the caliber of his team!
The President of The Carvonis Group explained, “Like all individuals, Daniel had his own learning curve. But now he is ready to help our client expand and take over the Orlando market, full force!”
So what’s next for Daniel? He said that within the next year he will help our clients expand into two additional markets and help those who are as motivated as he has been, reach their personal and professional career goals as well. Five years down the road his expansion plan includes 15 new markets and with his track record of crushing goals, we can definitely see those goals becoming a reality!
We asked Daniel to share some advice to someone in an entry level position (like he was not all that long ago) and this is what he had to say:
The strongest piece of advice I would give an entry level associate is to focus on three things; attitude, effort, and results. Always stay positive and have a contagious personality when it comes to spreading that positivity. Always put in maximum effort in all facets of the business and maintain the highest level of work ethic. As far as results go, use our proven system to acquire the customer for whatever client you represent. In the entry level position you learn the foundation of our business and with great results in that role, the path to advancement is not far.
