The Carvonis Group Talks Growth in LA

At The Carvonis Group (Miami, FL) we are always looking for opportunities to help our clients, company, and people grow! Recently, our President, Krystoff, traveled to LA for the opportunity to network with close to 100 other business owners from around the country. In addition to networking with one another, they also met with our client broker to discuss the future of our businesses. Overall, the 4-day trip was jam-packed with knowledge, networking opportunities, and fun!

Thursday and Friday’s meetings with the client broker were to discuss the most important and exciting topic of the trip; growth! Our clients have a serious appetite for new customers and we are always looking for new ways we can feed that craving. “It’s an extremely exciting time because the growth and progression in our business right now is happening so rapidly,” explained Krystoff. With our ability to continuously drive revenue, clients are now looking for ways that we can help them expand into new markets just as quickly and effectively. By having the opportunity to bounce ideas off of other successful business owners on how to best capitalize on these growth opportunities is setting The Carvonis Group up for more massive growth in the coming months.

Other topics that were discussed were how important it is to create the right culture in our businesses for our people to thrive, the coaching and development of our employees, the opportunity for growth and advancement of the individuals within our organization, as well as the new companies that we are on-boarding as clients (Fortune 100 companies!). Hello, more growth! Lunches and dinners were also organized throughout the trip for all of the attendees which created even more networking opportunities.

After a few days of talking business growth strategies and best practices, Saturday was reserved for some touristy fun! Nobu LA, Rodeo Drive, and the LA Rams headquarters were just a few stops on their tour of Los Angeles. Keep up with The Carvonis Group adventures on Instagram.
